I was contacted by email and then interviewed on speakerphone by two lower management employees. They asked me about my political philosophy and work/extracurricular experience, focusing on the usual questions about policy positions and circumstances in which I demonstrated leadership or faced a challenge. They gave me information about the program and were friendly and informative. They clearly were enthusiastic about their work and that of the foundation as a whole, and seemed very interested to know what I was interested in as well as my career goals. They offered me the position immediately, during the same phone call as the interview.
