The interview process was multiple interviews, and they were laid out very clearly, so I knew what to expect at each. They consisted of your standard interview with the recruiter and team, along with interviewing with team leaders as well. There was also a reverse interview which was a great opportunity to ask deeper questions and make sure TextExpander was right for me. Lastly, there was a project verifying that I knew the basic knowledge for the position I hoped to be hired for. There were no "gotcha" moments and I was able to complete this project in a timely matter. Overall the team was very understanding and flexible during the entire interview process.
