Interview
so for textron aviation the interview process for the customer engagement intern role went like this for me. first, i applied online for the position and then heard back from a recruiter to schedule an interview.the first interview was with the recruiter. they asked about my background, my communication experience, and why i was interested in customer engagement and aviation. i talked about my campus roles, writing experience, and how i like working with people and audiences. after that, i moved on to an interview with the hiring manager. this one focused more on how i work on a team, handle events, communicate with customers, and deal with last minute changes. i explained how i stay organized and support larger projects without losing track of details. i also asked questions about the team, the internship timeline, and the kinds of customer engagement projects i would help with. then i wrapped up the process and waited to hear back while trying not to stress over it too much.
