Interview
Two phone interviews, one with HR and then one with a business manager. I spent between 30 and 45 minutes on each interview. They asked pretty broad questions and it was on me to get more specific to help myself stand out. Both were nice people that were pretty engaging. Overall it was a pretty good experience.

The interview process began with an aptitude test, which lasted for 1 hour and 30 minutes. This test covered areas such as logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and verbal skills. After clearing the aptitude test, candidates were called for an interview.
