Interview
Not a very tough process, two rounds. First round of interviews was on campus. Got the interview by speaking to them at the career fair. The second interview was on their site. It was just questions about yourself/resume. Nothing unexpected or difficult, two interviews both about 45 minutes long. (they give an info session on the company and program).

Question 1
Nothing too difficult, just know about the company and your experiences in detail
Behavioral interview only with a focus on technical work I have done in the past. Also a big emphasis on previous leadership experience that I have had. Spent a good amount of the interview in casual conversation with the interviewers.
Fairly easy process in comparison to some other interviews I have had before, initial screening phone call and then an interview with someone in your wanted position that lasts about 30 minutes
