I applied at the career fair inside the campus of wichita states university. I was talking to a guy from Textron and gave him my resume. The conversation went ok. Weeks later I receive an email from Textron schedule for a phone interview and I talked with him on phone phone for almost an hour and a week later I got the job offer.
They explained the role in an honest and profession way at the time I applied and had the interview. The role focused on manufacturing and assembly in a plant enviroment.
