I was called in to undergo group testing that lasted most of a day. This included a basic written test about common warehouse operations and a practical test, where we were given parts, tools, and instructions, and were asked to assemble the part in accordance with the instructions. I was then called back about a week later and interviewed with a lady from Human Resources for about 30 minutes. After this interview, I was interviewed by a 3-person panel, consisting of Operations Leaders from various parts of the plant. One of these interviewers was from the section I was applying for. Within two days, I was notified via email with a job offer.
