Got a phone call from corporate for a screening interview and then was invited on site. Textron reimbursed me for all of my travel expenses since I was relocating to the area for the job. Once I arrived I had a group meeting with the team I would be working with, a one on one with my potential boss, and a final interview with the head of HR.

He kept taking notes which was disturbing but I continued on. I did not get an offer but as it was my first interview, I got experience which I hope to use in further interviews.
