I had two interviews: an initial phone call with a recruiter, and a skype interview with two leaders of the team I ended up working for. The phone screening was typical, but the Skype interview was very relaxed, conversational, even enjoyable. It was scheduled to be 45 minutes but ended up going on for an hour.
