      I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Thales in Aug 2025

      Processus interminable et chaotique. Entretien initial classique avec la Talent Acquisition, suivi d'un échange avec la personne à remplacer, puis entretiens avec le N+1 et le N+2. Le N+2 a explicitement verbalisé qu'il ne voulait pas de mon profil, m'a imposé un entretien téléphonique supplémentaire de 45 minutes, pour finalement exiger une nouvelle évaluation RH. Un manque total d'alignement interne et de respect pour le candidat.
