Entretien RH pour un poste très précis j’apprends que mon profil intéresse plusieurs équipes. Je me retrouve en entretien technique avec l'une d'elles sans connaitre le sujet à l'autre bout de Paris:
La personne vient me récupérer à l'entrée du site avec plus d'une heure de retard. Je découvre que l'entretien concerne un poste qui ne correspond absolument pas à mon profil. L'entretien n'est pas vraiment technique, la mission est du même niveau. A l'issue on me demande d'écrire et d'envoyer le retex de l'entretien par mail.
Absolument aucune réponse à ce jour et malheureusement je n'ai jamais pu rencontrer les autres équipes.
La rh m'a recontacté un an plus tard pour me proposer la mission à laquelle j'avais postulé à l'origine. Je n'ai évidement pas donné suite.
I attended the interview process as part of a campus drive at a college in Bengaluru. Multiple colleges came as part of the drive for multiple disciplines. This was after I cleared a virtual Online Assessment which was a coding round. We were supposed to have 2 rounds of interviews and 1 hr round, but due to a large number of candidates, only 1 interview and 1 hr was conducted. Only those who qualified for the technical interview went through to HR. I was rejected at HR round.
I had two rounds of interview , First one is HR screening and next round with manager and lead engineer for technical round. Both went okay and well informed on the process.

It was very long and tiring and ill managed because nothing was done with the help of computers. Everything was done on papwe which is ironical for a tech company.
