Thales Technical Account Manager interview questions

Applied online, met with recruiter. About a week later I interviewed with the hiring manager. About a week later I had a technical interview. It has been more than five weeks since my technical interview and the company has not given me a response one way or the other. I have emailed the recruiter several times for an update and she has not responded at all. When I log onto the career website, my application status still says "interview in progress". Letting someone hang for this long is completely unprofessional.
