Interview
I had a phone screen with their internal talent lead and then interviews with leaders at the org. The talent lead seemed cold during the process, but the others I met were welcoming. The initial emails I received (outlining their team values and what to expect) sounded very promising, but the process ended up feeling confusing as important communication could have been handled better in 3 separate instances. I chalk it up to inexperience paired with fast growth.
The leadership team is green, which was a concern of mine. They appear to have good intentions and experienced advisors, though.

During the interview process, the team was very efficient, engaging, and held to a high standard. The team provided all the necessary information at the beginning of the process, including the company's values, interview process, and benefits. Having this information ensured open communication and transparency throughout. The HR Team kept me in the loop at all times. While interviewing for the role, the aiEDU team also shared the company's plans and team goals, which helped me understand the company culture. The interviews I had were far from ordinary; they were engaging conversations that felt like a genuine exploration of mutual benefits and opportunities for personal growth.
