As a result of COVID, the hiring process was slightly different than usual. However, it was still a pleasant and smooth experience for me. There were many well organized steps involved in selecting the right candidate for the team, including a phone interview, Zoom interviews, and DISC assessments. Everybody who took part in the hiring and interview process was pleasant, patient, and professional. The company's culture shines through their staff, making applicants all the more hopeful they secure the job. My best word of advice is simply to be yourself.
