Fairly easy. Very straight forward questions. Must be able to relocate, and I unfortunately was not. Be confident and do research before hoping to the supplier side of the beer industry!

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and why we should hire you?
Had a call with the recruiter and that seemed to have gone really well. She told me that she was excited to have my experience in the pipeline. She then explained that she would send an email with further details for the next interview and a time for a video interview the following week. The recruiter mentioned she called from her personal cell, so text or call her with any follow up questions. I sent a thank you note following the call with my availability for the following week. Guess what, no email or any follow up. I left a VM, sent an email, and LinkedIn message with no response. So frustrating to get ghosted after being excited about the position and company. Don't set false expectations.
