I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The Buckle in Mar 2016
Interview
1st location: Got a call back after a few days. They were unable to schedule me an interview even though they called wanting to schedule an interview. Got to the interview and the manager was completely unorganized and unprofessional. Kept ignoring me even when he knew I was there waiting for him. He then started telling me I didn't apply there (when he called me). After telling him that he called me, he proceeded to look up my application online screaming at a computer in front of a bunch of customers.
2nd location: Much more professional than my 1st location. They were prepared for me, took the time to answer my questions. I felt much more comfortable there and would enjoy working there!
Both asked basic questions. They were completely different questions. The only similar questions were about school (major, future after school, clubs I'm in, etc).
