Interview
i was looking for a job at my local mall so I decided to give the buckle a try I walked into the store and told them I was looking for a job here the guy helping seemed really interested in me he ask about my past jobs I worked at. I worked in retail before and that seemed to help.He wrote my name down and my past working experience and said he would tell his manger about me and told me to applied online and the next day I got a call to set up an interview with me on monday at 11:15.I walked in wearing a cute casual dress with some wedges he asked me normal questions like why do you wanna work at the buckle , what are your plans for school , what do you think u can bring to the team bla bla bla. i was kind neverous about getting the job since i'm african american and i don't really have the buckle look but i got a second interview so i'm pretty sure i got the job.
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Interview
Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

Interview
They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
