Interview
I arrived 10 minutes early, told a sales associate that I was there for an interview. She told me that the manager was busy and that I was free to look around till the manager was ready. I looked around for about 40 minutes but eventually got tired of looking at the same things over and over as well as just be watched and judged by the other associates. The manager in the beginning was very polite but then I said something that clearly turned her off(I don't know what) because she became very unresponsive, she constantly looked behind me at coworkers and made faces at them, and she hardly made eye contact with me at the end of the interview I handed her my Cover letter and a hard copy of my resume. She told me I would receive an email in 48 hours saying whether or not I got the job after she said that I knew I didn't get it.

Interview
I applied online and then had an in-person interview that was held on the sales floor. It was kind of awkward because customers and other employees kept walking by and could hear the whole thing. The good thing was that she called me 2 hours later to offer a position.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The Buckle in Jan 2012
Interview
The interview process was very informal. The type of interview did not match the application process at all. I was interviewed in the middle of the mall and eventually moved inside the store.
