Had two interviews went well, l I thought had second interview 45 min. From home in Lansing. I have lots of management and retail experience. I waited 7 days for second interview first one in battle Creek was great second one in Lansing was useless they hardly ask me much was to busy looking me up and down was late starting the interview I could tell right away I wasn't getting it one manager said nothing and the other one was to concerned with looking me up and down . I look good for my age and keep up with the times but I felt like they thought I was too old just the way it seemed even though I'm only 44.
