I showed up for my interview and was told to shop around until they were ready for me. When they were ready the manager introduced himself and told me that we would be doing the interview on the floor. (I had read up on their interview processes and what to expect, so this did not surprise me). The interview began with basic information about me and my availability. Then I was asked a few more questions about why I wanted to work there, etc.

It was a very disorganized and awkward interview, The manager was late and seemed indifferent to filling the position and was unable to answer basic questions, like hours available and benefits.

Long and very thorough. Very nice people and a great team to be around just wasn’t a right fit for me this time around. Manager is very sweet and helpful
Good it was a nice, thorough process. Many questions asking about customer service and fashion interest. Manager was attentive and had a lot of feedback after my interview. I declined the job only because of pay.
