Interview
Very short and fast. You apply online and they called me the next week to set up an interview. I went in for the interview, spoke with an assistant manager then the store manager later joined. I then was called a couple of days later with the job offer. I had gone in about a week later for what they call "on boarding" to sign papers and set up everything for me to start.

Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Interview
Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
