Applied online and got an email asking me to call in and set up an interview. The interview was scheduled for a couple days later. I got there and had to wait a bit until the manager took me to the back of the store for the intervoew. It was fast and short, simple questions.
Went into the store, had an interview, never heard back even when I called to check. No diverse employees maybe that’s why but I am not sure. I though I had a good interview and they needed people
You apply online and you automatically get an interview to be had on the sales floor. It was very casual and I realzed during the interview I didn't want that job.

Interview
The manager had us do the interview standing in the middle of the store with customers shopping around us. I thought this was very annoying and unprofessional, plus customers don't want to come in to shop and then have to hear an interview going on around them.
