Very friendly, but formal. Dress for the job: wearing their brands and layering will make you stand out. Accessories are important. Be confident, personable, and genuine. They typically look for sales people, so being outgoing is an important trait to exhibit.
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.
