I applied through college or university. I interviewed at The Buckle

Application
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Buckle in May 2017
Interview
I applied online and immediately received an email telling me to schedule an interview. When I went in for my interview, there weren't any customers, but I still had to wait 10 minutes before they were ready for me. The manager took me to the back of the store, but sill on the floor, and read off of a script for the most part, but even proceeded to check his phone while I was answering the questions. At the end, he said that he would call me by Monday to schedule a second and more formal interview. Monday comes and goes and I never hear from them. I call the store on Tuesday and speak to the manager again. He puts me on hold for a moment, then picks up and asks me if he can call me back in a minute. I agree, but the a couple of HOURS go by and I never recieved a call, so I call them back and try again. The manager doesn't even speak with me this time and the associate who speaks with him tells me that he would call me back by the end of the day. That call never came, not even days later.
On your feet for the interview on the sales floor. Dress like you would dress coming into work so jeans and a nice top (bonus points if the clothes are buckle brands but not necessary) casual feeling interview with situational based questions
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Buckle
Interview
Since Buckle has a great internship process I knew a girl who had completed the internship prior to me. I reached out and submitted my resume, heard back from the Store Manager within a week. Usually they have booths at career fairs!

Why interest you in working at buckle? What’s your previous customer service experience?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The Buckle (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
The weirdest interview I ever experienced. The interview was on the floor. I got there 10 minutes early and had to wait for 40 minutes to start the interview. I spent the whole 40 minutes wandering around, which is unusual for me. The manger just asked a fundamental question like tell me about yourself, and why you choose Buckle? The biggest problems from the interview, for me, because I don't know it ever happens to anyone else, were the manager ask too deep about personal information. He wondered why my family (emphasize on my parents) and I moved to the U.S., and will I work in the U.S. or I work somewhere else after graduate college? I felt uncomfortable about the interview. Is it just because I am Asian, graduated high school in my country, and majoring in International Business in college? It is not worth to get an internship there.
