Easy interview. Standard questions. Never heard back from them after two weeks. Called and told I would recieve a call back from the manager and never did. Disappointed in unprofessionalism

What makes you passionate about the retail industry
Traditional interview process. Initial, quick phone call and then an in- person interview where they ask series of questions. This usually leads to either an offer or rejection about a week or so later.
I was interviewed by the store manager and Area manager on the sales floor. It wasn’t a very long process. I heard back within 24hrs that I got the job and pay was explained to me during the job offer.
