I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at The Buckle (Eau Claire, WI) in Oct 2017
Interview
A very casual experience. There were few preset questions asked of me. The most important part seemed to be focused more on the communication aspects than anything. Along with this, the interviewer was very interested in my experiences presenting in front of crowds and my experience in my business organization from school.
Very quick, in person, dress in casual fashion style not formal business clothing. Very friendly atmosphere, almost like friends and friends talking. Come in prepared as there are a lot of situational questions on how to deal things in the store.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, Why do you want to intern at The Buckle?
Interviewed on the shop floor during business hours. I thought it was odd at first, but it made it less stressful during the process. It was a fairly easy interview, especially if you review the company’s mission and goals.

Interview
the actual interview was very quick. I applied online and received a call from the very next day where I set up our in person interview. The interview was very short we went over my resume was asked a couple questions and then the lady interviewing me gave me papers to read over asked if i had any questions and then I was offered the position.
