I applied online. I interviewed at The Buckle in Jul 2022
Interview
When I first walked in and said I was here for an interview, I was told to look around at products for like 10-20 minutes. Afterwards we just stood in the store and talked about the job and stuff.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If I was planning on taking any trips or vacations.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Buckle (Lancaster, PA) in Jun 2012
Interview
To tell someone what to expect for their interview would be futile, as every manager is different regardless of the predetermined interviewing criteria set by Buckle. Therefore, one interviewing process will be entirely different from the next. However, it's safe to say that the initiative to succeed and the ability to connect with different people and adapt to multiple personalities is key to acquiring a job in this particular field (which I might add is NOT your typical retail job).

Interview
Very casual. Dress up in cute clothes, I would suggest a dress for women. Typical interview questions about background. Usually takes around a half an hour or so. Relatively easy!
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Buckle (Tuscaloosa, AL) in Dec 2019
Interview
The interview process was very smooth. I got a tour of the store and then we stepped off to the side (still on the main sales floor) for the actual interview. I was asked about 7 questions and I knew I had the job when I left!
