Interview
I applied online, and got an email telling me to call the store. I did, and scheduled an interview. After waiting almost 30 minutes, the interview took place in the back of the store. The interviewer was very unprofessional; asking illegal questions ( What is your age?) and stupid questions (Do you play any sports?). I was told during the interview that there was no position available, and that they interview everyone who applies and passes the personality test; I later applied for the Assistant Manager position at the same store to test this theory, and actually got an interview. Never got the rejection email they swore I would get if I didn't hear back from them in 2 weeks.
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
