Interview
Initial communication is an online application. However, many times you will be asked to apply by a current employee while shopping in the store. The interviews are conducted in the back of the store, durring active shopping hours. THey ask basic interview questions such as why would you be a good cadidate? When have you shown leadership skills/held a leadership position/been part of a team? What is your greatest weekness? What is your greatest strength
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None of the questions are too difficult, its a very basic interview. The interviewer can geta pretty good feel gor your intelligence level by you quick response time, thoughtfull response, as well as tone and voice fluctuation revealing either confidence in your answers or uncertainty whether you should work there. I got the feeling a lot of it was based on personal style and personality as well. You need to give off the vibe of the clothes, store, and all around "Buckle" essence.
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

Interview
They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
