Interview
I applied online and received an email a few hours later with a phone number to call to set up an interview. I scheduled an interview for the next afternoon. The interview took place right on the sales floor with customers all around. The position that I had applied for was full-time but I was then informed that the position was a for a part-time christmas help position.

Question 1
general questions. why do you want to work here? have you ever had a leadership role?
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Buckle (Little Rock, AR) in Mar 2026
Interview
Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

Interview
They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
