Interview
I took the online application for the heck of it and immediately afterwards got an interview. I called buckle and they responded and scheduled me a couple days later. I have shopped in that store A LOT, so i have a good amount of clothes from that store. I made sure i looked like buckle. I wore rock revival jeans, boots, lots of bracelets, a white scarf, and a pretty long pink shirt. I think what you wear and how you look at this interview is extremely important.you have to look the part. I had to wait about 20 min because there was a girl before me. She took me to the back of the room and asked me multiple questions from what i filled online. I made sure i smiled, kep eye contact, and kep the conversation going. She looked me in the eye, and was very awesome about the whole thing. Immediately after questioning, she told me i got the job. Overall, it was a good experience.

Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Interview
Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
