Interview
I filled out an online application and questionnaire. I got an email that same day asking me to call and set up an interview, which I set for the next day. I got to the store about 15 minutes early, and the manager was with me in a couple of minutes. The interview was done standing up and was very informal. It went really well and took maybe 15 minutes tops. I am still waiting to hear if I got the job or not.

Question 1
Nothing was unexpected, the most difficult question was in all my work experience how did I deal with stress and difficult situations.
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
