I applied online and received an email almost instantly to set up an interview date, did so for 2 days later. The interview was conducted in the back of the store, standing. Asked a lot about my past work experience, nothing that was hard to answer on the fly. I thought he seemed very impressed actually it was the best I've felt about an interview and I've had 9 the past 2 weeks. I dressed the part as much as I could, however don't really own Buckle clothes so I gravitated towards the more bohemian style. It seems they've gotten tackier though and are sticking more to the bright colors and glitter crosses these days. No Fossil or Billabong in sight. More like Aeropostale plus rhinestones. Definite disappointment.
