Interview
Two interviews about an hour long and offered the job at the second interview. They will have a brief period when you first arrive where they will tell you the manager needs to print out papers but the papers are already printed and they want to see if you are genuinely interested in what the stores sell. I would suggest looking around and not just standing there.

Interview
The interview was very informal, manager was so friendly. The thing I didn't like about them was they were not very positive about their own company, she told me that most of buckle outlets are closing throughout the US and we are not sure about this particular store as well.
