Interview
The online interview is very intense, you have to answer the questions just right. The in person interview is very laid back and fun. Just make sure to go in looking trendy and with a smile on your face and you should do great!
Talk about your past experience, availability, ability to follow a process, be comfortable presenting options for clothes, being on your feet, and leveraging buyer signs Talk about experiences you’ve had serving people what they need.
Very casual, interviews were done on the sales floor by the store manager and the assistant was also in the interview as well. The next day I was called in for another interview and this one was held in the manager's office in the back, instead of the sales floor
