The interview process for Buckle was horrible. After I applied i got an email implying me to call the store for interview. Once I called a spoke to a women who told me to come on wednesday. I arrived ten mintues earlier and when I arrived the women was not there instead it was a man, who did not know what he was doing nor was he interested in me applying. The interview was done in the sales floor and it was okay except I had alot of things and was unable to sit , however the store was empty. He asked me a bunch of genteric questions, that I don't think he could even answer. After the interview he told me I would get a called for a second interview. Buckle did call me, and it was missed when I re called Buckle they told me they call me by mistake. It was unprofessional.

Very casual. Dress up in cute clothes, I would suggest a dress for women. Typical interview questions about background. Usually takes around a half an hour or so. Relatively easy!

The interview process was very smooth. I got a tour of the store and then we stepped off to the side (still on the main sales floor) for the actual interview. I was asked about 7 questions and I knew I had the job when I left!
