Interview
I walked in with a smile on my face and was greeted by one of the staff members immediately. She was nice and I asked if I could see the manager she took me back in the back and told me that she was busy and I had to wait. After waiting 10 minutes the manager came out looking tired but I smiled and she smiled back and told me to follow her and we went to the back floor of the store. She asked me about my experiences and how they that they may help me on the job and basic interview questions. After that she began to talk about fashion and I tried to answer them as honestly as I could but I don't think I was what they were looking for. I also wore khaki pants and a colored shirt, it was dope.
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Interview
Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

Interview
They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
