I applied online. I interviewed at The Buckle (Joliet, IL) in Oct 2019
Interview
Super easy, I would say its more of a get to know you and why you want the internship. Ask questions, make sure you know about the brands they carry, and about the store. It was about 5-10 minutes on the sales floor. Show/tell them what you can do to increase sales.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at The Buckle (Lancaster, OH) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process was really quick and easy! I just walked right in and handed the interviewer my resume, and we chatted right in the store. She made me feel very comfortable, and it felt casual so it was easy to be genuine and relax during the interview.
Interview was short and straight to the point. They ask about previous work experience and if you are familiar with Buckle. They'll know if you are the right fit if you are confident and present yourself well
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Buckle (Fayetteville, AR) in Oct 2021
Interview
It was a one time interview through zoom. was professional but not super hard. Basic interview questions, nothing too in depth. Very nice people but still kept it professional. I heard ack from them two days later with an offer letter through email.
