The hiring process is actually very hard there is a survey you must take and if you don't score well on the survey you are automatically kicked out of the system and not considered for hiring. The interview process is very easy going. Interviewer should wear buckle clothing if possible.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at The Buckle
Interview
Very easy basic questions. I would think of examples of how you work as a team, step up, and problem solve. Know top three skills and a weakness. Things about clothing.
It's a very laid-back process! You come in dressed like you would if you worked there: Buckle attire. The interview was conducted on the sales floor and was like having a normal conversation.
You get two interviews, both are incredibly informal. The questions asked aren’t very difficult. Don’t dress up to the interview (suit or anything) as this is seen as you won’t fit their “culture”.
