I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The Buckle (Tukwila, WA) in Sep 2014
Interview
I applied online on a Sunday and received an automatic response email immediately. When I called back, a manager scheduled an interview with me the next day at 1:00. I wore slacks, a lace shirt and a blazer and came in about 15 minutes early. The manager was busy so I was asked to shop around for awhile until she was able to interview me. This took place on the sales floor near the back. Most questions were about how this job will help myself and my future, and the interview only lasted about 10 minutes. I was called back the following Monday with an offer.

Question 1

Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Interview
Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

Interview
They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
