When I turned my application in the manager decided to interview me right on the spot, which in and of itself, would have been fine but he decided to interview me on the sales floor surrounded by customers shopping and looking/listening to my interview. It was by far the worse interview I have ever had. I couldn't even focus one the interview because there was too much going on around me. Even worse, was how rude the manager was to me during the whole horrible process.
