The interview is in the back of the store just by some racks or shelves. It was only about 3 minutes. They ask you generic interview questions. Midway through the interview I kind of felt she already made her choice. She didn't seem all that interested the whole time. I feel like they don't really get to know you and how you really are.

Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.
