I applied online. I interviewed at The Buckle (Roseville, CA) in Jan 2015
Interview
Walked in, was greeted by the manager she was very friendly told her I was there for an interview, She wasn't snobby or acted like she was better than me(which what I was worried about reading previous interviews on here) the other works greeted me and were nice and then they proceeded to help customers and do their jobs. The manager went and pulled my application We walked back by the jeans and did the interview on the floor. I personally liked it on the floor since she is a manager she could keep an eye on the customers. She asked me questions and let me know that they can't hire until March and if I would be interested even if I had to wait till then I told her yes and she said she will either call or email me after she talks it over with the other manager.
Interview questions [4]
Question 1
Where did you go to school(high school and college)?
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Question 1
How well do you do interacting with people you do not know?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Buckle (Little Rock, AR) in Mar 2026
Interview
Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at The Buckle (Lima, OH)
Interview
They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
