The biggest thing is being friendly, fun, and fashionable! We love people with personality and a great sense of fashion! Please be yourself! And if you know other people that might be interested, we're always looking for recruits. But I must as as a side note, don't get aggravated by the pay. As you get better at showing the product and doing presentations, your sales will be much higher which makes your paycheck much higher! I promise you that it's the most fun job you'll ever have! It's a great company to grow and improve not only through life but through sales and fashion and connecting with people. I love my team and my managers and I wouldn't trade them for the world. I hope that everyone who reads this is encouraged enough to apply at the Buckle nearest you!

When I first walked in and said I was here for an interview, I was told to look around at products for like 10-20 minutes. Afterwards we just stood in the store and talked about the job and stuff.

Very casual. Dress up in cute clothes, I would suggest a dress for women. Typical interview questions about background. Usually takes around a half an hour or so. Relatively easy!

The interview process was very smooth. I got a tour of the store and then we stepped off to the side (still on the main sales floor) for the actual interview. I was asked about 7 questions and I knew I had the job when I left!
