Applied online and got a call the next morning asking to come interview. The interview was really laid back just standing up at the back of the store. I wore nice interview clothes but felt a little over dressed as every other employee was wearing jeans. His questions were normal asking about previous jobs and about school. He asked if I had any school projects that applied to this job. He seemed a little uneasy that I hadn't had previous retail experience. He said he'll call with an answer within a week so I'll update this post once I find out
Inconsistent - we’re not ready to help with virtual interview process when I was clear I did not live in the area - I couldn’t schedule an Interview when they called me to set one up
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Buckle (Pittsburg, TX) in Dec 2019
Interview
Super friendly and casual! It was very laid back and easy going which made me much more comfortable with the interview. I got hired on the spot as I was not expecting that. I believe confidence is key!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Buckle (Clackamas, OR) in Oct 2019
Interview
Easy. friendly. nice. it was informative and went really smoothly. i felt included and wanted. the managers are always open to answering questions and felt more like a meeting than an interview.
