Buckle does not value anyones time. I got there at 2:40pm and wasn't interviewed till 3:30. Last 7 minutes. I drove 2 hours and it was a complete was of time. Disrespectful
it was your typical interview process, the interview was done on the sales floor and the manager was laid back and relaxed. There’s a 2 interview process for the position
It was easy just basic questions about yourself. Do you have long term plan? Are you willing to relocate!? Do you want to work hour+commission or just hour based? Tell me about schedule?

Applied for here different positions at same location. Received phone about 3 days after. Interview very informal and quick . I was told to dress according to their store culture and style which is very relaxed and denim inspired .
