They take you in the back ask you where you shop & what skills you have. Everything seems great but you are highly misguided with that sense of security. They basically judge you on whether you can afford to shop here first, which by the way you're required to wear Buckle everything. This company has got a lot of work to do with hiring people.
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
