Met with the store manager in a very informal setting (on the sales floor) while we had a very conversational interview. She did ask questions to get my background information and to gauge my skill sets but most of the time it was a very chatty and relaxed interview. I did not dress business professional and stuck with jeans and a nice black blouse and flats with lots of accessories.
