When I first walked in and said I was here for an interview, I was told to look around at products for like 10-20 minutes. Afterwards we just stood in the store and talked about the job and stuff.

You have to apply online for your store. There is a whole questionnaire you have to fill out and it will score you based on your answers. You will not get a call back or an interview opportunity unless you get a score above a certain mark.

The interview process was very smooth. I got a tour of the store and then we stepped off to the side (still on the main sales floor) for the actual interview. I was asked about 7 questions and I knew I had the job when I left!
