Okay, so basically, I read the previous reviews for this position - and my experience was EXACTLY like the others have mentioned. 1.) They weren't prepared for me, told me to "check out the merchandise" around the store, while he basically prepared something, didn't even know my name. 2.) I was interviewed on the store floor, where the customers were - so he definitely cued me not to mention the word "commission" of course i only realized that was what he meant by "special sales" because i'd read some other glassdoor reveiws about being chastized by saying the word "commission". (don't do that) 3.) He asked a bunch of questions not related to the management training program at all, and when i brought it up he looked uncomfortable...it wasn't until toward the end of the interview I straight out asked him what were the qualifications, and he said a completed degree (don't have that), so then i asked about the internship, he said he couldn't tell me. So basically the only thing I qualified for was a sales position, but since that's not what i applied for, at that point i knew i was going to get a decline email. However, the interview itself went extremely well. I gave very good answers, and I wore dark denim flares, with heels and a sweater. I couldn't even take my coat off though, so you definitely don't want to overdress (you'll look retarded). and lastly 4.) Future advice, make sure you know all of the qualifications (they aren't listed on the site) so i advise calling in, and asking, before filling out the app and everything. Although, since they're so extremely laid back, it may not do very much good.
